What happens after you pay, written down before you order.
- You order Pay in your own currency. Duties and import taxes are covered, so nothing gets added at your door.
- It ships Most pieces are in stock and usually leave within two working days, with a tracking link by email. Only items marked pre-order ship later, on the date shown.
- It arrives Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days, wherever you are. Shipping is free over €90, $90 or £90.
- Not right? You have 31 days from delivery to send it back, unworn with the tags on. If it arrives damaged or wrong, email us and we'll make it right.

- Tracking
- Every order is tracked. The link comes by email once your order ships, and you can paste it on our help page.
- Pre-orders
- Only items marked pre-order ship later, on the date shown on their product page. If your order mixes one with in-stock pieces, everything ships together on that date.
- Art prints
- Printed to order, with their own shipping rates shown at checkout.
- Countries
- We ship to 45 countries. If yours is in the list at checkout, we deliver there.
- Lost parcel
- If your parcel gets lost, we send you a new one or refund you.

31 days
Returns
31 days from delivery to send it back, unworn and unused, with the tags attached.

- Find your orderEnter your order number and the email you ordered with.
- Choose and buy the labelPick the items you're sending back and buy the return label.
- Drop it offPack it, stick on the label and hand it to the carrier. We refund once it is back and checked.
- Return cost
- You pay for the return label. If the item arrived damaged or wrong, we cover it.
- Refund
- Within 10 working days after your return arrives and is approved, on your original payment method.
- Exchanges
- We don't do exchanges. Return the item and order the size you want.
- Damaged or wrong
- Email info@memento-mundus.com with your order number and two photos: the item and the parcel label. We replace it or refund you.
- Labels
- Always use a label from the Return Center, so we can match your parcel to your order.
