To qualify for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
Tags must still be attached
Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping is always the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend choosing a tracked option. Memento is not liable for returns lost in transit.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us right away at info@memento-mundus.com so we can make it right.

Contact us on info@memento-mundus.com to let us know if you'd like to exchange your received item. Exhanges are only possible for the same design in a different size, if this is still available.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, get in touch at info@memento-mundus.com.

Memento reserves the right to update these terms at any time. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium, and Belgian law applies.
