Where is my order?

It's in your shipping confirmation email.
No tracking number yet?
- In stock
- Most pieces are in stock and usually leave within two working days. The tracking link follows by email.
- Pre-order
- Only items marked pre-order ship later, on the date shown on their product page.
- Mixed order
- If your order mixes a pre-order with in-stock pieces, everything ships together on the pre-order date.
- Not moving?
- Tracking often shows nothing for the first two or three days. Still nothing after a week? Email us.
- Lost parcel
- If your parcel gets lost, we send you a new one or refund you.

Orders & delivery
Will I pay customs or import tax?
No. We cover duties and import taxes on every order, in every country we ship to, including the US, the UK and Australia. Nothing to pay at your door.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days of ordering, wherever you are. The median is 9 days. Delivery times per region
How much is shipping?
€9.90 / $9.90 / £9.90 for garments, free on orders over €90 / $90 / £90. Art prints have their own shipping rates, shown at checkout.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to 45 countries. If yours is in the list at checkout, we deliver there.
Returns
How do I return something?
Within 31 days of delivery, through our Return Center: enter your order number and email, choose the items and buy the return label there. Items must be unworn and unused, with the tags attached.
Who pays for the return?
You pay for the return label, which you buy in the Return Center. If the item arrived damaged or wrong, we cover it.
Can I exchange for another size?
We don't do exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for the size you want.
When do I get my refund?
Within 10 working days after your return arrives and is approved, on your original payment method. Your bank can take a few more days to show it.
The product
Why does a Memento tee cost €50 to €55?
It's made to last and the artwork is ours: 250 GSM, 100% cotton, custom cut and sewn, with original artwork screen-printed or puff-printed on top, in small runs. A tee you wear for years.
How does it fit?
Boxy and relaxed. In doubt between two sizes, size up. All measurements are in our size chart.
When do new drops land?
On Thursdays at 18:00 Antwerp time. The list hears first: join it here.
Will a sold-out design come back?
Sometimes. When a design comes back, the list hears first.

Email us with your order number and two photos: the item and the parcel label. We replace it or refund you.
